Agnes Baudry

Agnes finished her graduate scheme at Wincanton two years ago. Now she’s Executive Assistant to the Group Development Director. Variety was the reason Agnes chose to join us. She was excited by the prospect of meeting all kinds of people and customers – and her career here has lived up to her expectations. Within three years she’s stepped up to a role that’s influencing our business right across Europe. We supported her all the way, but it’s her ambition, passion and people skills that have got her where she is today.
