Drew joined our Graduate Programme because he felt he could really achieve something in an environment like ours. He was right. Taking full advantage of the support, the flexibility and the many opportunities to learn and gain new skills, he has risen rapidly through the organisation. He’s now Contract Manager on our Proctor and Gamble account – a position that allows him to have a real impact on our success. All in all, his story is a great example of how far you can go here if you’re driven and determined enough.
