Philippa Spreadbury

Philppa's been working for Wincanton for two years, and for the first 18 months she was a graduate trainee. Now a Warehouse Shift Manager, her busy day doesn't only call for excellent organisation skills and a scrupulous eye for detail. It also takes the ability to communicate effectively with her team to get the best possible performance. She finds her job rewarding because it involves working very closely with people – motivating, inspiring and developing them to achieve demanding goals.
