Whichever aspect of the business you focus on, you’ll need the tenacity and vision to handle large-scale projects from the very start. Major responsibility will come quickly, so your creativity, inventiveness and problem-solving skills will be tested to the full. But if you can push boundaries, inspire people and find new ways of looking at problems, it really won’t take you long to make a real impact.
